April - National Autism Awareness Month

April 2nd is Autism Awareness Day!  There are millions of children and adults who struggle daily with the challenges of Autism.  Let's honor all of them this month and do our best to continue to educate ourselves on how to effectively teach these children. It is a tall order--one that does not yield to immediate results and often results in trial and error. Autism is on the rise and the demand for services to meet these children's needs will continue to grow.  I commend all of the awesome teachers out there who work with autistic children and are committed to their cause.  Thank You and God Bless You!
