Fun Ideas for Telling Time and Learning to Rhyme!

I know the kids love to hear stories using rhyming words so I wrote a short poem to one of my favorite nursery rhymes "Hickory, Dickory, Dock" that I posted on TeachersPayTeachers. This poem teaches them how to tell time to the hour and learn to rhyme at the same time. You never know what the kids are going to come up with when you let them brainstorm and come up with their own poem. It is amazing to me that they have such vivid imaginations at such a young age and I love creating ideas to fuel their little minds. Hope you enjoy!

  1. Your packet looks really cute Joan! I am amazed...and so sad...each year about how many kiddos do not know Nursery Rhymes. I know kiddos will love this. =)

    1. Thanks Heather! I love putting a new twist to favorite nursery rhymes. Can you help me connect with other blogs. This blogging world is so foreign to me and I do not know how to generate activity from others. Thinking about following my heart and listing Christian units on TPT. Would love your input!
